I was swiftly referred to the manager who listened to my concerns and immediately looked into remedial action. I I came away from the store with the problem fully resolved. I felt completely listened to and cannot fault the very high service standards. The managers at this store are a credit to the Sports Direct company. “Got some great bargains, trainers, shorts and t shirts. I had an issue with the pricing, which was handled with a considerate approach by all involved, even when I got angry with the Supervisor. He accepted my apology and continued to help me out with a further product I wanted. “This store no doubt is the only best store in Stoke for your footwear, I was served by the most beautiful of women (which is a bonus). She had amazing henna art on her hands and the most wonderful voice known to man, a true beauty. She helped me with my packaging, and was polite, very softly spoken and an incredible asset to sports direct.
