We have previously bought from Sofology in Stoke and didn't leave a review before so this is long overdue. The quality of our sofa we bought 3.5 years ago was fantastic.We recently returned to the store as after a move we want a larger sofa. Whilst we haven't purchased yet, the service from Sandra was nothing short of exceptional. She even remembered we had a pug from a visit over a year ago.

Wow. I am the worst shopper when I can?t find what I need. I was nearly at the end of my tether and ready to go before. Amelia then came in to help and WOW my whole mood changed and she?d given me ideas I?d never thought of. Resulting in finally finding the perfect sofa and just needed to get the correct measurements. Amelia was patient, she listened well, no pushy/force. Amelia offered plenty of advice and was knowledgeable around any of my questions. She made me feel the excitement about sofa shopping again. I would highly recommended

Had a really bad experience with this company a few years back. I ordered 2 sofas and a footstool. Arranged delivery and everything was going great. The delivery men turn up with one sofa and a foot stool. I ask them where the other sofa is and they don?t know. Takes me 45 minutes to get through to CS and they told me there was an error on their end. They will ring me back. Never did. Rang again which took 45 minutes and they said they would have to order another which would take 8 weeks to come. Before this they try fobbing me off with a display/return model for the full price I paid. Very poor customer service. I must have rang them over 15 times and had to explain to a different person everytime my situation, some of the advisors took the time to look into it for me and others couldn?t be bothered which annoyed me as it took up to an hour to get through most times. It took 2 months after my first sofa was delivered to deliver the second one. It was all a very bizarre situation as I was missing half of my order and they thought that was acceptable. I am not sure what would have happened if I didn?t chase it up. I would not recommend and will never buy from this company again.

Placed our order for our new sofa in-store on Monday and we could not have had a better experience.After a good month on deciding which style of sofa we would like, colour scheme, changing our minds and multiple visits to store - we were never not greeted with a warm welcome.Each visit we were consulting with Amelia who really knows her stuff. She is approachable, friendly but yet professional. Nothing is too much for her. In the end, we were stuck between two sofas. She took into account of our lifestyle (with having a 2.5 year old) and went through the difference in materials, styles and features that would possibly suit us better. She took us to both sofa's each time to see how we felt when sitting on it and what we liked about it. She also recommended a sofa what was a happy medium between them both or even doing a contrast with having one sofa from the Downtown and one from the Canterbury collection. She went through how we could style both textures.In the end we chose the Downtown. The purchase process was really easy and Amelia explained everything. She is a credit to the team - thankyou.

They take your money, give you a 12 week delivery date and then continue to inform you that the product has not been received in their warehouse, and guess what? they can't tell you when it will be! If they do give you another date, don't make any arrangements, you'll more than likely be getting another delayed response.

Showroom staff are excellent, however customer services are a major let down, failed delivery 3 times and we were told because we bought in store and not online we had no rights to any refund at all!!Had a long battle to get money back for a sofa that never turned up. Disgraceful service from Will in customer service, AVOID this company at all costs do yourself a favour and take your hard earned money elsewhere!Would never use this company again and would never recommend!

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we have received from Sofology.On 03/07/2022 I ordered the following from you:Majestic 2 Seater Sofa - Plain TruffleMajestic Chair - TruffleMajestic Large Storage Footstool - TruffleIt has now been over 15 weeks with still no idea as to when we will receive them.When we initially contacted you to find out where they were, the updated delivery date we received was 16th September, however, I was not informed of these delays until I had contacted your customer service team to see where it was.We have now contacted you a number of times and have been told that the issue is due to a missing chair which no one can locate. This has now been an ongoing issue for a number of weeks and is apparently the reason why our items haven't been delivered. No one has ever bothered to contact us about the delays and issues with the chair. It has constantly been myself calling you to find out what's happening. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.We are having to sit on our broken sofas and have no clue as to when we should receive them. We were supposed to hear back from someone today as to the whereabouts and expected date of delivery and I have heard nothing.I am shocked that we have had such a bad experience with Sofology as we were excited to purchase from your company having had such a lovely experience with the salesman in the Stoke showroom we visited.I would very much appreciate a date as to when we can expect the sofa, chair, and footstool, even if this means delivering the sofa and footstool first and waiting for the chair to arrive later. Purchased from this store corner illinois sofa. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, Jackie who we saw in store, was a great help. The whole journey went smoothly.Delivered in perfect condition setup by the delivery guys, they explained how to set the corner suite and its functions. Cannot fault Sofology highly recommend brilliant quality sofa ranges more importantly they have great store staff. Love my new sofa it is a dream to sit and relax on very happy indeed.

I had a really good experience today, was served by Ben. He was incredibly friendly and listened to everything we had to say. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend. ?
Very helpful when paying for item but when had a problem with old settee going as sofology did not care as long as they had been payed, I had to drive 4 hours holiday to pay £89 then back.as they would not take payment over the phone. But did for the settee, when balance need to be payed. Thanks for spoiling our family holiday. I said how about saying sorry at least from staff for my inconvenience, staff look as if I asked for there kidney..

Wouldn't touch Sofology at all. The stores itself is lovely, the staff in the store are extremely helpful, but the aftercare from Sofology as a business is the worst I've ever experienced, and unfortunately the stores have no ability to help!After a 16 week wait last year we had our sofa delivered. 1 week later the frame snapped. Tried to get hold of them for 6 weeks or so and in the end, had to go via the finance company to freeze payments. When they finally responded, I had to wait another 16 weeks for a replacement sofa.Replacement sofa turned up and was smashed to pieces, with the delivery drivers saying it's embarrassing to work for them and damaged on delivery happens all the time. Loads of people in Facebook groups experiencing the same issues or worse.Avoid Sofology at all costs, and their parent group DFS as well. If you're visiting the Stoke-on-Trent store, try Natuzzi across the road or somewhere else!

Nice furniture but over priced it's better go look around first like dfs but some ppl don't like DFS look at ppls reviews on you tube face book and on there shop reviews see what ppl think or suggest good access for disabled ppl and best time go is when there having summer or winter sales when they need to shift more stock for the new designed furniture
