It's the best it has everything I want all the time, funko pops, sensory toys, video games,skateboards EVERYTHING. Its always cheap to. I got a skateboard for £9 and I can get funko pops for as cheap as £5. Fidget toys are usually less than a fiver. EVERYTHING U WANT ALL OF THE TIME EXCELLENT QUALITY AND PRICES!!!

Smashes toys r us!All the toys are actually out for kids (and dare I say adults) to try.Makes you think why people shop online as you get to try and prices are more than fair.Staff were very helpful

Two out of three visits they have tried to overcharge. Watch your recipt. The price on the shelf appears to often not match what appears on the till.Then the staff get an attitude

All the electric scooters are chained up so you can't try before you buy. I asked a member of staff to help. They left me waiting so asked another member of staff but they couldn't get the chain off, so we didn't buy a scooter. Longton store.

Amazing customer service especially from Jessica ( nursery team ) and Luke (manager). Highly recommend to help with all travel system questions and fast acting with complaints to resolve the issue.

Only went in store for some fluffy slime I couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff couldn't help enough they are a credit to Smyths toy store.

Great place to get toys and plenty of other things such as games consoles and bikes. Also have a baby section for prams, car seats and other stuff. Used this store loads and never had any issues. The only complaint which has absolutely nothing to do with the store is the car park, especially around Christmas time, as it gets very busy as there is only one way in and out.

Very un friendly staff especially the manager speak to you so disrespectfully and do not want to help or let a customer use their own rights. Disgusting! Regular customers they don?t care.

Went in to buy 2 gamesWas left stood at the counter for 10mins whilst 3 ladies were stood at the main tills talking and looking overWent over to ask for assistance and was told ?can?t leave my station, but will get someone over?Then waited a further 10 minutes for assistanceWould have been quicker to get my items via mail order when Royal Mail are on strike!

Lose 3 stars for appalling customer service. Staff having personal conversations which wouldn't bother me except they're openly inconvenienced when you ask for assistance.My advice train the staff in good customer service or set the shop up so we can get items ourselves!!!

Good range of toys and baby items. However your staff for the 3rd visit running has been atrocious. Terrible attitudes and just do not seem to enjoy their jobs. If is that bad quit but do not treat customers like that ever. Definitely our last visit.
