Horrendous experience on visiting store at Fenton.Entered the store and greeted,thought that was it and would be left to look around,staff there if we needed them.Do not need following everywhere, feeling pressured to purchase, feeling harrassed,even following us as we were leaving,not to mention this particular member of staff wearing so much perfume it made you feel sick.You have beautiful furniture,you lost a sale.

DO NOT BOTHER. Staff in store were amazing, until money was paid. Issues with delivery, damaged goods. Promises made. We have contacted store, head office, customer services and the CEO. Still no reply several months later. Very disappointed and angry ?

Absolute horrendous experience here. Constant false promises on delivery dates after booking days off, I?ve wasted more than half my holidays this year. Seti was faulty. Waited several months for a new sofa to be repaired again let down on the day time and time again after booking the day off. Now my house is absolutely filthy after having to rebuild the sofa in my living room! Fuming isn?t the word. Stay well away from this store

Went to buy a sofa and Darren the salesperson couldn't have been more helpful, explaining everything to us. We also chose a carpet while we were there. As we haven't moved yet he explained all about the timescales for the suite and carpet being fitted. Thanks very much. We very much enjoyed our visit to ScS.

Ordered an expensive recliner on the 8th January, was told that it would be 3 months till delivery 31st of March, had multiple emails and text messages 2 weeks leading up stating the delivery date and time was the 29th of March. Took time off from work to wait in for the delivery, the van pulled up outside and I get told that they have forgotten to load it onto the van. Got a call from an unhelpful manager at another depot who tells me that there is nothing they can do and I will have to wait another week for delivery.

My wife and i were looking to purchase two electric recliner armchairs and were browsing and had indeed seen a few we were intetested in.However we had the need to use the toilet and asked a member of staff if we could, to which we were told the toilets are not for customers so we had to leave and find the nearest toiletNeedless to say we did not return and choose to spend our £2000 plus in that store

I don?t need following around the shop nor constantly been asked if I need anything , don?t call me love or darling especially when your a bloke younger than me it?s patronising !!! love the sofas but won?t come back as how annoying the staff are I?ll Stick toDFS thanks ! And please don?t respond like you have to others saying the same thing calling me darling is not polite and friendly is belittling and sleaze ! And 1 person asking if I need help is fine but not to follow me round store asking again . Take note of all the bad reviews saying the same thing never got hassled once in DFS !!!

I went in with my husband to have a look around. The lady welcomed us and I thought that was that. But she then followed us around and kept hassling us. It was very off putting and I really felt uncomfortable when she just trailed behind us. I will not be visiting again.

purchased new sofa and 2 chairs and due for delivery next week Was not happy to pay £99 delivery after spending so much money and now they are offering free delivery Staff were excellent and no hassle to purchase and love the colour Can't wait for my delivery but £99 alot of money

A decent amount of choice, but what put us off was a member of staff that followed us around, it felt like a pressure sale, something that doesn't feel good, especially given that we just wanted to browse.
