Took my phone ,cause had trouble downloading ,was waste of time ,customer advisors had no clue , terrible customer service ,been 02 customer for a very long time ,very disappointed .

The staff were friendly and helpful and attended to me swiftly. The only fault was that they couldn't sort my problem and told me to wait a few months and see if I could do it myself!
