Very happy with our bed recently delivered.The service was lively. Kingsley was lovely and super helpful.The emails and messages were clear and direct. The delivery team were brilliant. Called when they said they would. They were lovely and put the items in the room I wanted.

Lee the manager here charges 20% for cancelation of a mattress order after 24hours of purchasing. Customer services difficult to get hold of. Charge you delivery then limited with dates available. Amanda you need to be clearer with your sales. I feel lied too.

Jeanette helped us decide on our bed for our first home. We want an ottoman style but gave us lots of different choices within our budget! Very helpful in the picking of a mattress too!

They have a small range of mix products in the shop (i.e. beds, sofas, night stand, etc) and the recommendation is to buy online. They offer the same day delivery for presentation products which makes your life easier if you want and like something on the spot.

Poor communication, gave inaccurate delivery date, didn't inform driver of assembly and removal of old bed resulting in rushed job which left damage to my property in the process. AVOID. Very dissapointed especially as disabled customer.

Sales part was good, products are good in quality.Poor delivery, I am been charged for delivery for purchase worth £700, also missing a item and with charged delivery parcel received almost after two n half weeks later after my purchase.

The worst experience of my life buying a product.The customer service in this Store, by the Manager and the employees, is horrible, they only want the commission for the sales and don't care about our satisfaction.We bought a Tempur mattress which cost us £2200, it was too firm for us and as they told us that we had 45-days trial, we decided to change It (they never explain that they don't refund the money). We had to wait for at least 30 days in order to change it.We couldn't choose a cheaper mattres because they don't refund the money, but for an equal or higher amount, so we bought another mattress for £2400 not to lose money. We decided to change completely and we chose an iGel mattress, the worst mattress of my life, very bad, not recommended. From the first night we woke up with a big pain in our backs, it sank in the middle and my husband and I couldn't sleep together anymore for two months.I reported it by email to the general CS the first day and they replay after two weeks saying that they would not change another mattress, without caring that something could be wrong with that mattress.I have been more than 2 months fighting with the company.The Manager of this Store has done absolutely nothing, he didn't even respond to emails, I called him and he told me that would call me back and he never did, until we went in person to the Store and he told us that would see what he could do and would call us in two days and never called me back.I called customer service and they hung up the call, they told me that they had already changed it and there were no more changes.I finally decided to take legal actions so I send a formal complaint by post before taking legal action and finally someone listened to me.They sent a technician to my house and it took him a minute to see that the mattress was faulty. We have spent more than two months without being able to sleep properly, with back pain and anxiety and all thanks to this company and especially the Manager of this Store who doesn't care anything about customers.Finally, we have our money back, and I do not recommend this company and this store at all.Of course I'm going to take legal actions, so they don't laugh at customers in the future.Please don't waste your money in this company, there are many local stores that customers are not numbers and the treatment is more personalised and better.We have our new mattress much cheaper and much better now from a local store and with a great customer service.I don't care what the Store will replay, they know that I am not lying.

I would highly recommend Benson for Beds. From the purchase where the salesperson Leigh, was polite, patient, knowledgeable and professional, to the delivery and installation, everything was great. We would purchase again .

I?m 43 and this is my best nights sleep ever. I have wanted a Tempur Mattress for about twelve years and finally decided now is the time. I have suffered with pins and needles and dead hands whilst sleeping for about two years. I don?t get them at all with my Tempur mattress. Defiantly worth the money if you divide the amount per year. It?s cheaper than a couple of nights away. Never going to have anything else now. My dog loves it too. I feel like I?m being hugged all night. Best purchase ever. Am investment in my health.

Do not use Bensons for Beds. The worst company I have ever used. Bought a bed and set delivery for 2 months time. Texts right up to 7 days before saying all was on track. Being 6 months pregnant it was at this point I arranged for someone to come and remove my old bed. Unfortunately I then had a text a day later saying it had been delayed by a month! Not sure how with 1 week to go it was all on track and a day later they needed an extra month?! To make matters worse I was offered £30 compensation and that was after what felt like a battle. I was assured it would be delivered by the new agreed date so I slept on a mattress on the floor for 4 weeks. 1 week before the next delivery I had another delay text this time with no commitment to when I would get my bed. I was never offered a temporary bed to sleep on, no apology or recognition of the awful service. When I complained I was ignored and told they are busy and behind on emails. Finally got my bed after 4 months and was again sent a text to tell me it was being delivered with 3 days notice. Go and buy a bed literally anywhere else! Avoid Bensons if you want a bed this within 2023.

Nightmare.. ordered a sofa bed and mattress during the Christmas holidays. Waited 4 weeks. Only to receive a damaged sofa-bed that had someone else's name and address with RTS on the label! The sofa had been delivered to me damaged after already being returned by a customer in Scotland!! Still waiting for it to be collected as I waited over a week for someone to reply to my email complaint. In the meantime have had a redelivery notice for 26.12.50! I could of ordered a week after my original order for a lower price and quicker delivery! Useless.
