Absolutely top class service from star to finish. Great, honest advice on what carpet to go for, fitters were bang on time and did a great job. In and out in no time with a first class job.Even went out there way to fix an old carpet in a different room. Thanks to Tom and the team.

Tom and the team at Stafford Flooring and Carpets were brilliant. The service both at warehouse and the team who fitted our flooring were faultless.The flooring was fitting into our house in a little over 2 weeks from when we picked what we wanted.Will be using them again for all our future projects!

Very good service whilst purchasing and promising their service was good. But the fitters (sj flooring)was not upto standard, they checked in until their payment was pending and after that they were gone . Raised complaint and no action even the carpet provider has not come back to us yet . Not good experience. Willnot be using it again.Disappointed

Easy company to deal with, got me exactly what I wanted a deep pile carpet, 12mm thick plush walk underlay fitted 4 days after the original quote. Work has been carried out to a high standard would highly recommend Stafford Carpets.
