I keep asking that a card be posted through my letter box when a parcel is left in my cupboard. As usual for the third time a delivery has been made, but no card left!

Shocking don?t even see why it even open I work 8-5 day so Thursdays the only time I can make it to collect any packages I have missed but every time I come on a Thursday the one day they open till 6 there close due to short of staff might as-well change the time so people don?t waste there time rushing there just seem very pointless stating open till 6 you turn up at few minutes after 5 it?s close to fine a new place for people to collect there packages etc that?s not Royal Mail.

The Post Office must be desperate for money if they have to cheat the ever decreasing number of customers buying stamps.Their own machinery folded the corner of this legitimate 2nd class stamp, franked it, and then claimed it was "reused". A transparent lie that allowed them to extract £2.50, to say nothing of the trip to the sorting office, from us as recipients.All my sympathy goes to the Posties who have such crooks as managers.It's almost as if the bosses want to get rid of the universal obligation to deliver letters across the country at the same cost.
