Easy to book in and the team were really helpful in addressing an issue with my car. The service was really fast and I was kept informed all the way through. They checked before carrying out any work which was appreciated because it meant I had advanced warning of any costs.I've used this garage lots of times and never had a problem so I would definitely recommend.

My car under floor cover was missing after a service. Went to inquire, but answered it was not present before. After insisting multiple times, Scott, the manager, came back saying that there was one from a different car, which he was happy to fit. Technically, it was my car's, which he didn't accept to acknowledge. He just insisted that his technicians didn't find one initially, but well, he found part fit for the car. I was quoted way much higher for parts and labour, which I denied after mot failure.After repair at different garages at less than half price, re-mot was £15 extra. What an extortion. The other 3 staff members, besides the female receptionist, were quite unhelpful. They insisted that underfloor cover fitting was not their job at first. My wife had an extremely bad experience with Halfords and wouldn't want to go back. The car booklet was not stamped either.

Had my MOT done a few weeks ago. I didn't realise my time slot was to drop my car off and not actually have the MOT. But it was done quite quietly in the end. Lads seem nice and not out to rip off a women (even though I know my cars)

Got work done in good time and communicated well. Other places are cheaper but the convenience of being able to book online, good communication and their brakes for life offer make it worth it.

Worst experience with the servicing and MOT so far. They told me, they have fixed everything that needed to and I collected my car. On returning, I face the same problem and I called them back, stating the problem and they said they bring it back and they will inspect it and the labour charge would be £42. He hung the phone in the middle of conversation. Very rude staff.Not happy at all and please don't ever go to this Halfords, Lichfield.

Taken for mot , it failed but mechanic was really helpful and friendly, had work done and passed on retest so all good , would recommend these guys , professional and friendly all good ?
