Thank you so much to the curry's know how guy. I was asking some questions about rural Internet and he was super helpful. The solution he suggested was 100 percent spot on and had worked. Saved me a lot of stress! I wanted to leave a review as he went out his way to help me and I really appreciated it!

Called today primarily for just some advice was greeted by a young smiley assistant associate shop floor lady called Sam. She was so polite had a sense of humour and went out of her way to help assist and was a pleasure to see. Here?s to Sam having a great Xmas and needs a big pat on the back.

Served by Chris today at Stafford. A pleasure. Much. better than the youngsters who have no idea about customer service. Chris called us ladies( as we are) not GUYS as previously addressed, we are over 70!! Chris went the extra mile and took our purchase to the car. Some staff need training not on product but on customer service!

Myself and two of my work colleagues went into the shop at about 4.15 to purchase a tv ,Dyson straighteners and a ninja air fryer,two of us asked for assistance nearly straight away for someone to help with the tv advice we were told someone would be with us shortly after 10 mins we asked again we were told they would be with us soon (the store was not busy at all) eventually after 30mins someone came to us ,we had already made a decision on the tv so we asked if we could purchase a 65inch Samsung yes said the "salesman" we have one in the warehouse I will go and get it for you ,after another 10mins he appeared saying that he would bring the TV to us after payment had been received ok I said (a if someone would run out of the store with a 65inch TV under their arm)we were made to feel like criminals all because we had building site clothes on don't judge the book by the cover last time I use Currys Stafford. After we went to Currys festival park in Hanley no probs what so ever

Whilst it was frustrating to work out what TV was what if they're turned off (no labels or tickets on display, the info is on the screen but only if it's on) and younger staff who, seemingly, could only provide information they could look up online. The lengthy visit was saved and made a pleasure, by a senior staff member, Chris, whose depth of knowledge and engaging manner was exceptional. Look out for Chris, he'll help an awful lot!

The man who served us on Wednesday 8th November was amazing he helped us so much with our numerous purchases and gave great advice about buying a cooker, which we originally came to get but left with a TV, shark, fridge freezer and microwave. We will be back for the cooker once everything has been checked ??

Just had the worst experience at this branch. I purchased a printer in September which does not print. As I run a small business it is very important to have a working printer. I have just taken the printer back to the shop where I was served by Michael, clearly a new employee who did not know a great deal. Nik stepped in to help him. I was informed by Michael that I could have a new printer, which was a relief. I then asked about the ink already in the printer, and he called his manager over, a man called Dave. This man decided that I could not have a new printer, but instead the printer would have to go for repair, and this could take up to 30 days ! I questioned this, and was told to go to Trading Standards if I was not happy! His attitude was shocking, and he had no customer service skill at all. He then walked off offering no assistance. I approached him again, and asked for a head office number, and he told me to call customer service. He is an arrogant little man who frankly should not be in a managers position, as he is clearly not setting a good example to his team with his rude obnoxious attitude towards customers.I was finally served by Rich who was very helpful indeed, and a credit to Currys.I might suggest Dave gets demoted or sent on a course for customer relations !

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks for the kindness I was shown in the Stafford Branch. My mum sadly passed away yesterday and I was struggling a lot while in the shop. I was taken to sit down and offered tissue and a drink. The young lady in particular was extremely kind to me and I will forever be grateful for the compassion shown to me during this difficult time
