Visited the large store on in middle of Stafford. Was looking for a particular present for my grandson for Christmas. Couldn't find what I wanted but one of the assistants (Shelly) took time to help me check if the item was still available. She was kind, friendly and patient. Sadly didn't find the item I wanted but can't praise Shelly enough for trying.

When my daughter went into this store today all she tried to do was but some batteries. Her friends were looking at the perfumes and the vapes were coincidentally next to it. One of the cashiers were leaning back in her chair to see what they were doing and the cashier behind her said ?get away from the vapes? they were literally saying things about the perfume. Then one of her friends said ?they aren?t even looking at the vapes, they are looking at the perfumes? then her friend called the cashier nosy. The cashier said to her ?gobby cow?.Then the cashier took the batteries and put them behind the till and told them to get out. Everyone got out apart from 3 girls including my daughter in a very rude way nearly shouting and grabbed the attention of the customers attention. And she also said that she won?t serve them until the gobby girl was gone. Therefore they girls were saying that she is out the store so she can serve them. She still did not serve them so they went out but stayed outside the store. They kept saying all we wanted was batteries. They still refused to server them everytime we wanted to go in. Eventually they served them but not in a happy mood.

I was in the store and i was next to the vapes, as i was in line.Then the lady that was on the till shouted and all we wanted was to buy double AA batteries.Yes we was in a group but the lady had an aggressive tone towards us.This made me very uncomfortable because how they snatched the AA batteries from my friends hands.

I visited this store today ' on check out the very rude cashier threw my things so abruptly that some of them landed on the floor ' being disabled and unable to pick my purchases up ' luckily the customer behind me picked them up for me ' you really need to teach your staff manners
