Not even a star deserves?Scam company .. they selling you the dream and then no support.I have cancelled my subscription and they still charged me 2 months in a row ( total of £1200) still trying to recover my money back.The tools you are buying from them are encrypted just with black code . So you can?t use other providers..i hope this review will be viewed by thousands of people and help themDon?t do any business with this company!!

The worst company ever, they don?t support you. I cancelled my direct debit with them at the phone and after 2 months they took from my bank account money. I tried to contact them but nobody answered ??

We needed adjustments to our home following my wifes recent life changing event left her wheelchair bound! Parsons came up trumps! New shower suitable to allow showerchair to roll in and shower with two s. Heads to accommodate differing heights, new taps through out easy op. from wheelchair. New small basin in guest toilet downstairs means wheelchair can now access that room. All work completed on time and on price all debris cleared away! Fantastic job cannot thank everyone involved enough! Would recommend parsons everytime especially for any type of work but especially where a bit of thought is needed, for unusual circumstances.

Disconnected gas fire , told the pensioner she needed a new fire left a mess and left !!!Worrying thing is she was prepared to spent up to £1000 on a new fire. Fortunately For this potential victim is that her Son is a Gas Safe Registered installer with Over 25 years experience.... having Cleaned the fire and the mess that was left by the engineer that seem to have difficulty reading instructions, the matter is finally resolved, and even though they got it wrong, there was not any problem with taking her money !!! Maybe funds should be put towards reading or training lessons !!!

I initially chose Black Code from from a special offer email I received, After speaking with them by email for nearly 2 weeks and being questioned by the customer service team I changed my mind completely and decided to go with another provider. I have no experience of the remaps as I didn't have the confidence to go ahead and book in!
