Went into the store today to buy a new phone on recommendation. As lovely as Toni-Louise and Katie both Managers were, I didn't purchase the phone, as they were unsure how to transfer the data from my existing phone to the new one. They instilled confidence in me and made me feel valued even though I didn't buy anything. They were a delight and so friendly. I had been treated appallingly at another phone shop earlier in the morning and was left very upset. I left their store a lot happier.

I had to go back again after calling customer service as I purchased a universal remote control and batteries. I asked the guy and girl behind counter would this fit the control, is it compatible?, they just said yehyh should do. As I was rushing I didnt really check myself as online it said underneath the control 'compatable with'. I got home and it was the wrong batteries had to go back again. I come here often for my weekly shop.

AvoidBad review due to the nightmare of marking at this Sainsburys Argos. If i knew all the hassle I would have just went to my local Sainsbury?s argos with free parking but instead chose Stafford because its close to where I work and I thought it would be quicker.I had no change a lot of machines weren?t working I was running around the car park in the cold getting out of breath and finally found one machine which took card. Charged me £4.40 just for a 5 minute visit to Argos to collect my order. Argos were only able to refund me £1.70 back from a £4.40 parking charge. Complete joke.Its quicker for me driving 40 minutes to home town and stopping at Argos local to me rather than going to Stafford Sainsburys Argos getting ripped off with parking and spending 25 minutes faffing around in the freezing cold looking for a ticket machine that works and takes card.Argos staff were friendly and gave good service but the bad review isnthe parking situation.There are plenty of Sainsburys argos with free parking and Argos in other retail parks that only charge £1 parking not £4.75 with only a £1.85 refund

Poor experience,tried at least three times to buy stuff here but they never have anything in stock,its always next day or not available at all,pointless it being here.

Staff terrible. Aggressive and have a complete disregard for consumer law. My rights where refused and I feel abused. Will never shop here again.

Decent argos, small warehouse for them, but can grab small non essential items here quickly, if you need more stuff your best of going to the top end of stafford. But other than that nothing bad to say.

The female manager is absolutely terrible. She's rude, aggressive and completely disregards warranty and consumer law.I bought an outdoor table set which completely rusted and looked terrible despite being covered all the time. The female manager just flat out refused to accept the return of the item, and said that it may say weather resistant on the product description but you know it's the same with everything and it doesn't really mean that or matter?! So she agreed it was misleading but still refused to refund? She needs sacking.

After completing an online purchase (25th July 2022) I recieved an email stating to collect before 1st August, because I needed my product before that date I rushed to collect unknowing they shut at 8, my fault entirely. Luckily enough Jane, the assistant, who I asked her name for went above and beyond to let me have what I ordered, even though they were closed, to save me coming back!!!. Well chuffed because TBH she was well within her rights not to seve me, wish there was more like her and her customer service to make it easier for the general public when there are issues .

Went to the counter, no staff in sight. Someone could be heard on a personal phone call, saw me and continued with their call. They finally came to the counter and asked if I was waiting to be served. I certainly wasn't standing at the counter for my health. Turns out this was the manager. I see what other people mean.

Poor customer service and different staffs stating different policies as they see fit which is frustrating and confusing. Collected items have damaged packaging in multiple occasions (not suitable for gifting). Arrogant & young male manager who should not be in such position. Avoid

I went there with my husband and kid yesterday and felt humiliated in front of all customers from the que by their manager, he made me feel very bad and liar even if I show him all proofs (phone, receipt, and the reason of the phone fault). His attitude was arrogant from the start looking to not resolve nothing, he didn't give attention to nothing with all proofs. I resolved in another store my problem. I felt that it was a show off in front of his team and customers, he doesn't have any customer obsession or any principles of the market. The most bad experience ever in Stafford. Don't go there ever.
