Having to wait for my husband's parkinsons tablets to be completed was 9 day's if he doesn't get these on time he won't be able to get out of bed as the body stiffens. Younger members of the pharmacy can come across as rude.

This place has gone downhill in the last 4 months or so. It seems to have had a change of staff. Front serving staff have little customer service skills and appear rude. I observed a man being served and the staff member didn't even have the courtesy to look at him when he spoke or even acknowledge that he had been heard, so he was left standing there not knowing if he had been served. My recent prescription didn't have a leaflet in it. The phone is never answered. The ordering time for repeats is longer than it used to be but thats OK if you can be organised enough to order ahead of time. Always a queue with front serving staff seeming in no hurry to serve or even be courteous enough to look the customers in the eye when serving. Previously, this pharmacy was such a welcoming place that served their local community.

worst possible pharmacy in the area, i don?t find it funny when i get told to come back at a certain time and the shutters are down and not be told about this before being told to come back and made to wait outside in the cold, not just myself but the elderly too, totally unacceptable, the phone never gets answered and is always off the hook or being ignored

Pick meds up for people we care for at work, meds are never ready after more than a week of ordering prescription, then blame the GP then suddenly find the prescriptionNever answer the phone and don't give any reason for this even when the place is empty. Adults with learning disabilities are left for days with meds either ran out or running out before they get them.

You sent me an email to say my prescription is ready so we drove down there immediately and the shutters are down - at 1.30. The lady in the shop next door said that you are closed for lunch. There is no suggestion on the shop windows or on your website that you close for lunch. Another wasted journey.

Prescription processed by doctors 3 weeks ago, chased chemist 2 days ago, they said they didn?t know why it hadn?t been done. Still waiting for chemist text to let me know it?s ready.

Shocking service, I rely on my carer to pick my medication up. It takes a week from ordering my prescription for it to even be ready. Twice now, my carer has collected my prescription brought it back and there has been something missing. The pharmacy have not even said on collection that there is anything short and now I am left without medication all weekend. Trying to contact them by phone is a water of time as they won't pick up. Time to move I think

Had my flu vaccine here a few weeks ago. Very obliging pharmacist & fitted me in at the last minute. Have recommended this branch to friends & very handy to park outside.

The staff are excellent and do a great job and offer a professional service. They have had to take on extra work that the doctors and the hospital would normally do and this is taking its toll on their moral. It was sad to see them down when i visited today and they are upset that they are struggling with the extra work load and keeping up their excellent standards. I had my flu jab today and the pharmacist was so apologetic about us having to wait. There was a tear in his eye when he explained the work load they are under and the fact they have no extra staff. He even said he is working before and after opening hours just to catch. These guys do such a great job and i feel for them. It seems Well Pharmacy as a company in general is only interested in the bottom line and not staff welfare. You have my full support at Devon Court and keep your smiling faces going.Best wishesDarren
