Overall a great experience with Webbs - I came across them looking for better prices on 2 AEG products - they even accommodated earlier delivery slot when on available on the website so suggest calling them if you find yourself in a situation where you need something quickerOver all great customer and delivery service.

Bought a new vacuum for my sons first home in store today. The staff were fantastic, even putting it in the car for me. I felt really well looked after throughout my shopping experience with Webbs. They really knew their stuff and I was even more impressed with well they listened to what I was looking for. After some bad experiences with Curry's I'm so glad to have found a local company that truly puts customer service first !

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Webbs of Cannock LTD, and it is with great regret that I must express my profound disappointment with the level of service provided.The manner in which my Samsung TV order cancellation was communicated demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of a phone call, a perfunctory email was sent, leaving me bewildered and frustrated.The excuse of a delay and unavailability is unacceptable, especially considering the order was processed online without any indication of stock issues. This not only highlights operational inefficiencies but also calls into question the integrity of the entire ordering system.My expectation was a seamless and reliable service, but Webbs of Cannock LTD failed to meet even the most basic standards. This experience has left me questioning the competence and commitment of the company to customer satisfaction.I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers considering Webbs of Cannock LTD, and I implore the management to take corrective action to prevent others from enduring this grief.

We were trying to replace a faulty fridge (not from Webbs) with a new one, and Lauren was the only person I had spoken to who was able to give us a delivery date as the Bosch Fridge we wanted was out of stock in most stores. We are roughly 200 miles from Webbs, but the Fridge was delivered on the date promised, and the guys were very helpful.Brilliant service from start to finish.EDIT: Don't rely on ordering online - phone the store and speak to somebody in person. Our Bosch fridge was shown as in stock, but it was the display model that could not be re-packaged for dispatch 200 miles. We had to wait about 3 weeks for it, and all other retailers were in the same situation, but we were kept well informed. Manufacturers are messing a lot of retailers around at present.

I ordered two Neff induction hobs from Webb because of their extremely competitive price. The order was made over the phone. When they arrived I could see that they have been packed very securely and were in perfect condition. I would happily recommend them.

Ordered a range cooker, delivery delayed due to manufacturing but kept up to date regarding delivery.Had a problem with range (manufacturing fault) and I can not commend Alex enough for his above and beyond customer service.He could have said it?s down to manufacturer like a lot of larger companies would have, but he dealt with the issue with the manufacturer while constantly keeping me updated.Excellent customer service & I thank you very much.
