Literally the worst McDonald?s. Waited 90 mins for an order for it to be cancelled. Everytime I use this branch there is ALWAYS problems with either service or food. Won?t be using again.

Absolutely crazy how the machines do not give you an order number (there are never any receipts) so you have to guess which order is yours and then check the contents with the staff! It's been like this for months.

Accepting MD is a fast food and can be busy, it wasn't when using drive through. Told to go to Bay so I did. Bay 2 already had someone waiting.After 7 minutes of waiting I called and reminded them I was here. Food came straight out - good and food was good but service poor.When I left, Bay2 were still waiting ?

Absolutely appalled at Cannock McDonald?s attitude after calling tonight to alert them that again after multiple times they have contaminated my child?s food when I specifically asked for no bun as my child is a celiac. I?m so glad I recorded the conversation this time to take to the press when the male that I spoke to told me he remembered me from my previous complaint for the same issue and told me his manager said I shouldn?t visit there again as they cannot make me happy! I replied well would you be happy if your child was given something they?re allergic to? He got very verbally aggressive with me and even more so when I told him I had recorded the conversation.As I?ve stated to Cannock McDonald?s on numerous occasions now it?s not my child?s fault she has celiacs disease and as a good establishment they should be willing and able to fulfil the order of anyone with specific dietary needs. Celiacs is not a diet or a choice it is an autoimmune disease. I will be speaking with health and safety office at opening time tomorrow.

It's maccas so you know what you are going to get. It was served fast and fresh.Nice cappuccino and cheesy bacon flatbread to help me get to work, served quick.I dropped 1 star because as with all maccas, the drive thru is not high enough to fit my van. So I have to park and go inside. Otherwise all good.
