I went to cannock branch to pay a cheque in I was next in line to go to the counter but the woman hovering about came to the queue insisted I pay the cheque in at the machine and said we could do this online, I explained that the next move if everyone did it online the bank would close she said I will be retired by then, perhaps if you don?t want people in your bank it would be better closing it, people should be encouraged to use the town not sitting at home doing everything online.There are plenty of people about who can?t use computers this is the reason they go to the bank, and some prefer the personal service at the counter instead of using the machine.

I think it was a couple of years ago almost, but the manager and staff were very helpful to a close relative now sadly deceased.

Booked appointment for mortgage advisor, turned up to be told they have no confirmation of my booking. Mortgage advisor promised to call me back later that day or at worst the next morning. Got a voicemail 4 days later to promise to call me back again next day, guess what, still waiting 3 days later. Phoned customer services, 45 mins later, no appointments till mid September, not the response or timescale I was expecting for simple mortgage advice. Sadly feel let down. Thought better of Lloyds after 20 years of banking.

I had to go into branch this week to change the name on my bank account. I was immediately met by a friendly gentlemen who asked me to take a seat and then immediately found a member of staff to help me and after a short wait, I was seen too by an extremely friendly female member of staff who made the changes for me. I was in an out within ten minutes and could not have been more pleased with the service. It?s so wonderful to be able to just walk into branch and get something sorted with friendly staff!

Extremely poor service from Annemarie:I, a 17 year old student looking for help, went in on the 15/4/2021. I was served by an employee named Anne Marie. Anne Marie is a middle aged, pale white woman with brown should-length hair and glasses. I was then required to use my pin, however due to a neurological condition/mental health problems caused by trauma I struggle to remember numbers and so I rely on other methods for transactions, like contactless. However, after I had apologised for not being able to remember my pin, and before I could even begin to quietly disclose my condition, Anne Marie rolled her eyes and huffed/tutted at me. Before then lecturing me on the importance of remembering pins. I understand AnneMarie could not have known of my severe condition, however good customer service lies on not assuming all limiting factors and conditions are visible, instead it's letting the customer fully explain their situation before jumping to conclusions.I want to let anyone who is reading this know that this not only deeply insults and offends me, but has made me lose confidence. I am very anxious to go outside with my condition/mental state, however seeing as this is one of the first outings I have had in weeks - I would like Anne Marie to know I will probably not be going out for a while due to her insensitive, unacceptable and immature actions; and the direct knock on effect that has on my health and welfare .

You have to queue outside and they only allow you in as one customer leaves due to covid. Customer service is still good though and the staff are friendly and helpful.

bee with this bank for 40 years with good service but now poor not being able to contact them regarding online food order by debit card not being accepted.
