Customer service is not the best with tesco mobile especially especially you have an issue with your account trying to get it sorted is constantly firecrest between the store and customer servicesThe staff in this one some are good and helpfull and others just don't want too be helpfull and ignore you,

VERY nice store. I love most Tesco's and this is no exception. Awesome selection of everything from fresh produce, to meats and fish, bread and baked goods, to dairy and cheese as well as a variety of home goods, papers and magazines and even phones etc. Everything here is clean and well presented, the staff friendly and the prices good. Ample parking. Also an excellent little Costa store in house, coupled with Free Internet it was a lifesaver for me at times. Finally just around the corner from BEAUTIFUL St. Peter's Bridge. Love it!!!!

This is a good size store although not as big as I would have expected. The aisles are nicely spaced out and the shelves are normally well stocked. the fruit and vegetables are very fresh and the meat is of good quality. They have a small amount of childrens/baby clothes which are really good value. The range of fresh bread is also great.

Do most of my shopping here but I am very wary of the pricing system they use. When offering different sized supposedly value packs they often price them as per unit then the other pack is per KG it is confusing and when working it out the so called value packs can be more expensive than the regular ones. Overall they have everything I need in a clean comfortable environment and as long as you keep your wits about over the pricing they do offer value for money. If it wasn't for what I think is a bit of deliberate shady pricing policy I would give 4 stars but because of this can only give 2

typical tesco store than have self scan tills in, has some good reduced things aswell. Not the best selection of things either as the other day we went for dog food and they did not have any of the type we have for 3 weeks.

Burton on Trent tesco is where I do my weekley shop. I chose Tesco over the other supermarkets as it always has what I want and need on the shelves and I never seem to spend too much money. They layout is good and there are lots of offers on products. There is a cafe in there now where you can sit and have a snack and a coffee. There is a tesco direct there, too, which is a bit like Argos. They sell books, household equipment, toys and a very small selection of clothes too. There is always somewhere to park and you don't have to pay a pound for your trolley!

One of the best supermarkets in Burton , Just outside the town centre with loads of parking. The shop is big, bright and clean. The staff are brill and always there to help. The store is well stocked. There are always lots of good offers on in all areas, especially around christmas time. Excellent value for money.
