Very frustrating post office. I went to collect a parcel from Amazon before 17:00 pm and they are closed but yet their website says 17:15 and the email I got from Amazon says 17:30 pm. A correct time on when they actually close would be appreciated to save my time in future.

Honestly the guy who is usually behind the shop counter is a perpetually bored, unfriendly and miserable sod who needs to learn basic customer service skills, as well as how to smile. You would have thought he suffers from some awful gastronomical cramps by observing his sour expression.
