Opening times, monday to friday 7am till midnight and sat 7 am till 10pm. We are closed on Sun and Bank holidays. “Phoned to see if my wife and I could get a flu vaccination as our local chemist could not help. They were very accomodating and were able to book us in very quickly. On the day we filled in forms which were all ready for us on clipboards. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist took time to explain everything to us checking and double checking. I would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Highly recommend Boots Opticians. I was able to receive a free eye test using an online voucher. There was a slight delay to being seen due to the equipment being in use, but staff were very kind and courteous about this. Staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. They're easy to talk to about any concerns that you have and you will receive quality care and walk out knowing they've done everything they can to help you and make sure you're healthy with an extensive check. They will give you honest advice as well and not push you to buy anything (glasses) that you don't absolutely need.”

“I needed to book my son's booster jab. He has additional needs and autism he gets freaked out and struggles in settings he's not familiar with. We had already attempted a booster elsewhere unsuccessfully. I managed to book in in with the Horninglow site and had an email the day before from Ben Eaton who carries out the vaccines. I let him know Connor's difficulties and he replied back totally empathetic and reassuring putting me at ease. When we arrived for the vaccine Ben and the team were amazing, reassuring Connor talking to him directly and keeping him calm. After distraction from a lovely lady in the team, Connor let Ben administer the vaccine. He had 2 stickers in reward for being brave. If anyone else was feeling nervous or if you have a child with additional needs who struggles, I would thoroughly recommend the vaccine here with Ben. A huge thanks, little things really do matter and his gestures made a difference.”

“Just to mention that this pharmacy has a great team, the Pharmacist a asian gentlemen helped my wife as she was suffering from a severe rash around her body. The Pharmacist was very helpful and diagnosed the rash as singles. I praise this gentleman as my wife has been going to her GP for the past 2 weeks and they just said it was just a allergic rash, but the Pharmacist was spot on. He referred us back to the GP and and it turn out as what the Pharmacist first said and was 100% correct in his diagnoses.We need more pharmacist like him, a great man of knowledge.thank you so much”

“This pharmacy has been through turbulent times and was very poor some 6 months or more ago. Now however my experience is one of good efficient polite service and prescriptions being completed within 2 or 3 days we'll done folks. Just need the stapenhill surgery to wake up now and we are good to go.”
