“I went to carpetright for vinyl for my kitchen.Seeing as I remember the poor job that was done of my living room carpet by a bit of a slap happy carpet fitter.As if to say, I wanted a good job done.Anna the sales advisor was helpful in assisting me with my choice and guide price.It came in nearly £50 cheaper than what I’d anticipated, which of course I’m very grateful for.The fitter was very experienced, and had the best part of 35+ years of experience under his belt.And was also kind enough to help me with getting my appliances back in the kitchen.I guess I got extra lucky there, as it was his last job.So overall, I’m a happy customer.”

“I think that most people know of Matalan and this is a nicely spaced store with a good range of very reasonably priced clothing for all the family.The children's range is very useful as we know how quickly they grow out of clothes before they have had their wear out of them!There is a range of household goods too.The staff are friendly and helpful.In addition there is free parking here for four hours if you want to visit the town centre on your trip !”

“Dunelm is a great store for household items, particularly bedding of which there is an extensive range.All rooms of the house are catered for with another focus on kitchen ware.There is also a lighting section.There is a small cafe area where you can sit and relax. I have not used this so don't know what is on offer food wise.I would recommend a visit even just for a look around!!”

“Wandered into The Range in Burton and felt like I'd entered the IKEA of Britain, but with fewer assembly-induced breakdowns. As a male partner trying to spruce up the homestead, I scored some 20x20 cm frames. Perfect dimensions, because our lives are so well-rounded, they've become squares.The staff there had a sixth sense for home decor struggles. One employee, noticing my perplexed look, said, "Don't worry, choosing the right frame is like dating. You'll know when you've found 'The One.'"If you can't find what you're looking for at The Range, maybe you're not actually looking for anything, you're just avoiding household chores. Or perhaps you're too "edgy" for square frames! Either way, five stars, would get lost in the labyrinth of home goods again.”

“CONSOLE REPAIR TRIAL!Took my Xbox console to the manager (Managers only permitted to do console servicing) who's name is James, sound guy. I asked him how much for my console to be cleaned internally as it was very dusty from previous owner, I got a straight to the point price and was told to bring it in which I did and he said it would be done by the end of the day so I can pick it up the morning after. I turned up and it was done no messing about, it was like new! I did have to bring it back as he left a connection loose for the eject button but he fixed it within half an hour. Very pleased and if they finish the trial and agree to carry on the console servicing and repairs I'll definitely be a future customer! Thank you!”

“Have always had good service here right from when they opened many years ago. The shop now is a lot quieter than it used to be but still get good friendly service. Also a couple of the older members of staff often provide good advice and product knowledge and are happy to share tips on when certain products may be reduced in price. It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”

“We recently bought a TV, sound bar and laptop. Michal the salesman was extremely helpful and we got a good deal. Unfortunately we paid for an additional service to set up the TV which basically didn't happen on the day of delivery! We tried to chase this up on the phone whivh was a nightmare, being handed from one person to another, with no resolution. We then complained at the store and Jack and Jo came in their own time after work to set it up for us! Fanrastic! The set up service and phone helpline need urgent attention if we were to consider a further purchase in the future.”
