Good quality but poor customer service around not taking unused items (tiles) after 30 days - even though still an item they stock. This is in their T&Cs, but you would hope they would accommodate when you buy the entire bathroom suite from them - just beware if you're considering buying tiles - might be better from a supplier with a more flexible approach to returns.

The showroom at Burton has some fantastic ideas to help inspire you. I also think the brochures are the best I?ve ever seen for bathroom choices, which makes it easier to plan your bathroom design.I did experience some slight problems once my order had arrived but this was swiftly corrected by Duane.The products are absolutely amazing quality and my fitter has commented about it too.I would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms- Burton to anyone looking to resign a bathroom.The CAD style plans are really good to refer to and show your fitter.We did look around other Bathroom stores before we placed our order for 3 bathrooms and there was no doubt that Easy Bathrooms had the best choice and products.

They were really helpful without being intrusive. Offered to mark the catalogue pages of interest. Looking for wall tiles and flooring. They offer a 3D rendering of your selected items. Easy parking behind showroom. 3 large steps at entrance.

We bought four bathrooms from them and Richard was brilliant. With having so many different items they were helpful in splitting the orders up and when things needed changing they changed them with no fuss or refunded the item if needed.
