“Customer service is always perfect but it’s so roasting hot in there all the time, I genuinely feel awful for the staff working in the non air conditioned workplace! It’s hard to tolerate it for a shopping spree let alone a whole shift! Nonetheless the staff are always lovely and helpful and always ago above and beyond even when they’re working in sometimes unfit conditions. Thank you B&M staff you’re amazing!”
