Ordered a iron generator from another store to be delivered to Burton-upon-Trent. Email came to say it was ready for collection. Waited 20 minutes in store for them to bring it to me. Guy was very helpful and as I am disabled, carried it to my car and took my part exchange from my boot.

I went into burton store today and was helped and served by SANAA. Sanaa was able to check availability and get the stock very quickly. She was very approachable friendly and just amazing at what she does! Very happy and satisfied with my visit. Couldn?t ask for better customer care!

Came down to purchase an Xbox series X got it for a good price they also offered me a few other accessories to go with it for a really great price The staff are also very helpful and very nice I spoke to a worker called Joe he had extremely good work ethics and was a great help 10/10 would definitely visit again

Visited to get a laptop that was in stock according to the website.young blonde lady came over & couldn?t be more unhelpful. Asked about the laptop that I wanted, it?s display so it?s not in stock and walked off. So poor
