My brother and I visited this shop for tie?s, pocket square and a waist coat for his wedding, the staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to.Regrettably we got our suits from ?Moss Bros? before discovering the range and more competitive price that ?Brigdens? offered, needless to say we both agreed we should have gone to them in the first place.The next wedding, smart or even causal event we go to, we?ll certainly be stopping by here on the way.

Wow, brilliant service by the most friendly staff. A lot of shops now lack 'the customer experience', not this one! We originally went in for a wedding suit but then ended up also shopping for a few summer pieces and were surprised at the variety of stock they had and the brands they sell, casual wear and formal wear in one shop- super helpful!They have a tailoring service in-house and the staff are also super knowledgeable on the brands and how they fit. We had to ask for advice a few times RE waistcoats, tie colours and everyone was happy to help.The whole team are great and a good laugh too which was a bonus! Will definitely be returning.

It's the only shop in Burton selling decent mens clothes. The service is always spot on. My only gripe is they have a large collection of Hugo Boss clothing and apart from Barber & Ralph Lauren nothing else. Hugo Boss really isn't suitable for a bigger sized gentleman! I'd spend a lot more there if they varied their range..

I hired my wedding suits from Brigdens and I received exceptional service from beginning to end.The staff were knowledgeable but not pushy and offered advice in what was popular and which style would suit the wedding party.The lady that measured us up for our suits was personable and did the little things that make a big difference like learning mine and my fiancée's name. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone in the store was so polite and made us feel like they really wanted our custom.I cannot fault the service and the suits looked fantastic.

Derby based, but use the Burton store when I?m over on business. Excellent service every time. Shops like Brigdens are few and far between.

Hired a suit for our daughters wedding, Brigdens had come Highley recommended. I can not fault the service, we felt very comfortable from start to finish, very professional nothing was too much trouble. The staff were brilliant especially Paul, the suit, style and colour recommended was just perfect. Outstanding customer service would Highley recommend.
