Since deliveries stopped from Tamworth, it's been a shambles. Items not available, items forgotten, items left with another customer, damaged goods, deliveries at ridiculous times, driver with a BIG, don't care attitude.

Just arrived at Bookers to be met by one of the rudest customer service persons on the Front desk-I not what you say it how you say it !!?Come on Bookers you can do better .On another positive note both the managers were lovely in dealing with me . So maybe the lady on there could get a few tips of them .

Lost and feeling pretty anxious - came across Steve delivering to The Leg of Mutton in a tucked away village. He kindly offered to lead me to where I was comfortable to get home (Market Bosworth ). Exceptionally caring and considerate. Brilliant knight in shining armour. Thank you Steve.
