“Visited the Derby office in Derby city centre recently and they lost my personal details I have given them to update my account details.However this branch in Burton on trent was really helpful and reliable, went there and they managed to get my details updated in no time.Had to go twice to the bank to update my details in the end (Once in Derby and once in Burton) but really pleased with the customer service in Burton on trent.So will be visiting that branch over the one in Derby!”
