Very rude they talk about clients in Vietnamese and say how ugly their nails are when these people have gone there to make their nails look better. My teen understands Vietnamese and doesn?t want to go back there ever again.

Shocking, do not offer appointments at all so you drive all the way through and unable to get in, their attitude is come back another day..... Totally forgot fuel was free?Will not use again as unable to get in and cannot just keep driving through hoping to get in ....

Terrible. So rude! Hurried me when choosing colour asking me if I would die if I didn?t get it right!! The light went out so I took out my hand and took a drink and was told to put it back asking me if I ?knew better then the professionals?! When I said I needed a drink he said ?do you talk to your doctor like that? Maybe your nails will be ugly!? Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!!!! Will never go here again!! Avoid at all costs if you want a nice relaxing experience!!Services: Polish removal

Disappointed today must say really expensive for take off and acrylic over lay didn?t have a colour. Acrylic was left on my fingers and under my nails not a good finish at all. Seems to depend which nail technician you get ?

Absolutely love ? my new nails ?? Not had acrylic nails for 15 years or more, one of the best nail experiences I?ve had. Attentive, friendly, professional service. Beautiful professionally crafted nails to show off at first proper managers conference since covid 19, a very happy customer, highly recommended! Rude staff especially one...not listening to my needs which i asked politely to explain what i wanted. Ignoring and doing what they wanted anyway with attitude.Speaking in another language on front of me about me while.im.speaking and pretending you don't understand English!! Hence the reason you did NOT understand what i wanted doing to my nails! I was soooo mad but i kept calm.None of the management intervened to help or tried to understand, i even asked to change to another nail tech...ignored..they spoke asking wjat i wanted but it was too late no apologies nothing!like i said its a NO from me they dont care neither do i.Ive been before when the place first opened i have been away for years don't know what's happened .rude rude RUDE and rubbish they haven't upgraded anyway just do the same old thing.Im good i wont be going back !My advice ..listen to the customer CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING TREATMENT SO YOU ARE CLEAR ON THE CLIENTS NEEDS!!!Also DO NOT SPEAK IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE OVER CLIENTS HEADS WHEN THEY ARE ENGAGING WITH YOU ITS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! IF THE NAIL TECH CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH USE THE TECHS IF ANY WHO CAN TO FIND OUT THE CLIENTS NEED BEFORE STARTING THE NAIL TREATMENT!! ..TIRED OF IT NOW I TRY TO BE RESPECTFUL AT ALL.TIMES BUT NOPE YOUR NOT GOING TO BE RUDE AND DISRESPECT ME!Get a facility to have a cashless option for clients now its 2022.Service: Nail designs
