Absolute disgrace.I went there on Friday with my partner having confirmed that the medication prescription had been sent. On arrival they said they did not have the prescription, they went and double checked. Then reaffirmed that they did not have the prescriptions. My partner was then left all weekend without medication all weekend, putting her life at serious risk. On Monday, my partner?s mother went there and they gave her a small portion of the prescription owed. They also said that they had had the prescription order since Thursday. Further to this, they decided to lie to my partners mother and say they told my partner her prescription had ready previously and she just needed to wait for a bit. They did not say this, that is a lie. Weldricks pharmacy are both INCOMPETENT and LIARS.

First time I have had any dealings with the Chemist and can only say what a fantastic service I received.Compared to Lloyds at the Dr at Swallownest who are shocking.Told me I would need to wait a week for Antibiotics.Weldricks an hr.Let's hope it continues.Thank you

They?ve Had my prescription two weeks, tried ringing to see if it was ready nobody answers, so went down, after waiting a while, somebody finally came out took my name I waited again to be told it?s not ready and pharmacist was going on her dinner, I would have to go back, which is not possible, excuse is they are busy, with people walking in wanting prescriptions, two weeks is totally unacceptable, this needs sorting and it?s not the first time, on time on other occasions things have been missing, and I?ve had to make another journey, back.

This pharmacy is a disgrace. The staff are rude and sarcastic. Repeat prescriptions are never ready on time. When you try to call them on the telephone, they never answer. I think someone from weldricks head office needs to needs to get in there and sort the whole mess out.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion.Having visited Weldrick's today I was astounded by the lack of customer service. They literally had one lady serving even though the shop was packed with people waiting outside. Whilst I waited 30 minutes in the queue 4 people got frustrated with the whole scenario and decided to leave in a huff! Everyone was absolutely fed up with the situation. There was no urgency from the staff whatsoever and they didn't seem to be concerned that people were leaving!To top things off there was another lady member of staff in the back of the shop bellowing at us to stand outside if the shop exceeded 5 people, we all found her very abrupt and one lady left and headed off up to Lloyds, I don't think she appreciated being shouted at!I appreciate they must be really busy but they should be able to cope in these situations.I certainly will not be going back there ever again!

Placed a click and collect order from here and was taking ages to be received. Tried to contact branch but couldn't get through and ended up having to contact central customer services who in fairness were very prompt and sorted the issue. The parcel was at branch so clealry they hadn't booked it in.Went to pick this up and it took absolutely ages. The staff seemed to be disorganised, stressed and the lady serving on the till clearly had forgot what a difference a smile, apology for the delay and thank you make to a customer. I have waited sometime at chemist, but this has been the far longest in over ten years.Certainly wouldn't recommend this branch and wouldn't use again.I just feel for the people who live local and use this chemist and nearly everyone in the chemist was complaining about something.Would say action needed here, maybe take the lead from the maltbh branch where the experience is completely different

13/10/2021New staff in serious need of training in both electronic prescriptions and customer service!The usual staff at Swallownest Weldricks are professional, helpful, friendly, polite and clearly very experienced.However, unfortunately I had the misfortune of having to try and ?do the job? for a new, indignant, rude, incompetent and extremely unprofessional staff member who refused to apologise for causing me time, stress, upset and unnecessary pain in finding me my script that had been sent hours earlier from the GP.While I understand that new staff will initially make mistakes due to inexperience, I do expect that new staff take a level of responsibility, make efforts to rectify their mistakes and at the very least, apologise for oversights. None of which were demonstrated following the almighty ?Cock-Up? made by the new staff member which out of respect and manners I omit to name.I don?t make a habit of leaving reviews, but on this occasion, I would hate to think that the long serving, experienced staff would look bad or the pharmacy receive bad reviews due to the incompetency and appalling attitude of one staff member.On the whole, they do an amazing job, especially Rachel who is always ?on the ball? and has a clear and invested attitude towards her customers and is currently working under incredible pressure in very difficult times.So please, Weldricks? Up Your Game towards training. The service I received on 13/10/21 was entirely unacceptable and could have been avoided. New staff members need an intensive course on Customer Services and general manners.

Standard comment every time you go to pick up repeat prescription is " it's only just arrived" . 90% of times I call to collect prescriptions they are never ready and get the standard excuse so I asked how long in advance they need to get them ready and was told 5 working days was needed. I have put them in 10 - 14 days in advance a number of times now and still not ready. Latest one was put in 11 days in advance and guess what was told "it's just arrived" time to change the standard excuse.

Not a hard job to get medication together. God help them in the real world. Told to wait 5 days before collection, I gave them 10 days, only to be told its not ready. Used this pharmacy for 4 years I always give a week to process our prescriptions. I've got the app but they hardly use it. So I have to ring and ask if there ready 9 times out of 20 they say they have just received them When I go to collect them they are just making them up Complete Shambles

Trying to get through to Weldricks chemist in Swallownest by phone is absolutely ridiculous. It rings and rings then goes straight to the fax machine then engaged. Give up no chance needs sorting out ASAP apart from this staff are brilliant.
