Opened the account online and then been asked to bring document to prove my id and address.\\nBeen told account is opened and then after few days received email saying my account been closed.\\nWent to Branch few time No explanation.\\nI thought ill go again and served by Amy and without giving any explanation Amy said they can't do nothing and account been closed.\\n\\nIf their was 0 rating i would definently give zero star.\\nAvoid Avoid Avoid

There is a very limited amount of branches. I had to travel out of the city to get to this branch as I wanted to change the address on my account. I provided your worker with a proof of address (water bill) and somehow she managed to mess that up and put wrong numbers. I will have to revisit the branch to sort this out â?? not a very professional approach. If you have also limited the amount of your offices, you should expand your offer for the usage of the internet banking (as I wasn't able to change my address on the phone, even though I provided all the personal details).

No one answers the phone. Want to open an account for my daughter, but want to check if we need an appointment first. Been calling everyday for a week and it just says no one can take our call. Goodbye!!

This branch is shocking. I keep calling the telephone number provided but it kept telling you to pop in and see us. I have tried many times to sort out the issue in branch but problem was unresolved. So now I am away from country and I am calling long-distance call and cannot reach anyone.

Deposited cash into machine at Meadowhall on Sunday, took my cash and confiscated my card - no reason given - tried to contact via phone but all i keep getting is a message saying try later or pop in to see us. I now have no cash no debit card and had to cancel a flight as a result that it will take between 7 -10 WORKING days to get a new card to me.
Website down for months + auto deposit machine takes cash and card -+Very slow response to correct TSB multiple errors = Switching banks !

went in to close the account 7 weeks later account is still open,tried phoning them all i keep getting thres no one to take your call try again later,would not reccomend to anyone
