Pushing unprofessional staff that can?t take no for an answer, went in today 28th August to buy a shower gel, and was constantly hounded by staff to sign up, I get that the pandemic has effected sales, it?s had an effect on most things, but customer SERVICE shouldn?t be one of them, staff training is needed and when to try to upsell with the right person and the whole approach, acting like a cheap back street car sales person is not the way, I?ll be buying online from now on.

The body shop is my best friend when it comes to buying gifts for my mother and fiance. The prices are fair and the products genuinely work. If you want something to make you smell like a babe its here if you want to feel more awake with bath salts its here. If you want to please your mother with white musk at a great price then get your seld to the body shop!
