I always have a lovely time at this branch. I came in quite late (probably just after 5 on 18/07/2023) as I needed to get some ginger shampoo after work. The lady who greeted and served me (sorry I didn't catch your name) was very friendly and helpful with regards to my body shop card and went above and beyond to ensure I got my points.I really enjoyed the conversation that I had with her which I think sometimes can really make someone's day, if you don't speak with many people some days when working from home.I usually find that the staff here make a point of tailoring their service to my needs rather than trying really hard to up-sell so I always try to shop in store rather than online. Always a pleasant experience

Amazing staff! One of them was so friendly and helpful, she informed us about the discounts, helped advise us on products, and gave us loads of free samples! One of the best staff interactions I've ever had, and I really appreciate her not forcing products or sales!

This Body Shop is found in one of the cutest parts of Sheffield, Orchard Square. Here I was met by friendly staff. Extremely polite. They were able to help me with my concern very quickly. I am very happy with the service.
