I was looking for some bandages because I have a wound on my hand... a woman arrived I think it's the manager... she was really rude... I will never come back... go and wash the toilets if you are not able to serve a customer

Phoned because our daughter was having some issues after a piercing a few weeks ago. We were told to come down before 4pm because the piercing specialist and nurse would be there. Took time out from work to get there, to be then told we should have made an appointment and to wait outside. The nurse did take a quick look at the piercing, outside the store, but we didn't appreciate how we were treated, given we had bothered to phone ahead.

just visited today and not anymore tbh because i treated badly by the man was on the counter so not costumers charter at all loudly shouting and full of stress this man maybe had bad day whatever god knows as you can seen on his face angry so disappointed to the go to shop today honestly can't believe nice people not have job nowadays :(

Superdrug is a good place to visit for lots of things.theres always plenty of offers on.and their own products are vegan.Plus they have a loyalty card too.
