Absolutely diabolical/disgusting customer service! I queried the amount charged at the checkout, as I thought I had bought a couple of ice packs on offer. The young man (Dan) serving me just rolled his eyes and then shouted I assume was his supervisor and then proceeded to mumble under his breath.The supervisor checked and informed that it was the blue ones that were on offer. Having been a manager in retail myself, I just commented that you should maybe make the pricing more clear and he just carried on walking and ignored me.I know it?s not a high end retailer but I would expect your staff to be more courteous!

Absolutely appalling service, I don't think I've ever had such bad service from a place. The 2 women behind the till never once acknowledged or spoke to me for the entire transaction, they carried on talking about another staff member between themselves and got quite aggressive as it was clear they didn't like this person. They never told me how much my purchase was, just assumed I would pay contactless and carried on talking as I left. Very rude and inappropriate

Poundstretcher.... Whats not to like. Great selection of all kinds of different things. Not much else to say really, just don't go there expecting to buy large home appliances, electricals or furniture!

Customer service here is appalling. I bought a fair few items, that the cashier put to the side (quite a reach away) once I paid, I had to practically jump on the till to get the items I paid for. Prices are good, service not so good.
