Popped into this excellent postoffice today the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble they also sell cards stationery and drinks these post offices are so useful excellent service

Post office closed today 19/7/22. Notice on door said that it was due to no collections from Royal Mail, yet when I was standing outside the collection driver appeared and was equally surprised to see it closed. Service has really dropped since new owner has been in, used to be open and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Shame it's gone down hill

Been using this Post Office for several years but never will again after how rude the man was at the counter today. Tried to charge me the most expensive postage on a parcel and when I asked about the other options as I had sent a similar weight and size parcel through the Royal Mail App for a third of the price just two days ago he became abusive and aggressive. I asked him to hand me back my parcel and walked out. I will either use the app for collection from my home and pay the extra 60p for this service or go elsewhere in future. Completely disgusted with his attitude - he is always normally grumpy or dismissive but today was unacceptable. The other staff in there have always been pleasant but I would not recommend giving this Post Office your custom.

Seems to have improved lately. I recall it never seeming to be open previously - they helped me today despite clearly being on lunch

As a post office this place does everything right (so what if it sells some other stuff that looks cheap and tatty - it's not what you go to the post office for anyway)Everytime I've been in the staff have been exceptional, even taking note of who I've been in with in the past and asking how they are.If I've needed something sending or sorting then they've done it with no problems.Like a proper little village post office. If Woodseats was a village, obviously.

The lovely lady with blonde just helped me bless her. Changing the tax class on my car nearly posted it off having written disabled on tax class thsts what dvla told me to do but not to tax it before I left. I didn't know never done it before. She has now done it me my car would have had no tax once they received the form back. Thank you,she was so lovely xxx

Edit: watch out for opening times as they do change without much warning on websites. This week they are reduced.

If you work for the post office you should have some knowledge of the products they sell. Even if you don't its not ok to be rude to customers who ask questions or for your advice. Rude staff, terrible service
