Best post office in Sheffield!!!I'm so lucky to have this post office around the corner from me. Despite it frequently being busy (as expected in certain times ) the staff always go above and beyond to help with a smile on their faces :-)

The postmaster general here is an angel! We are from the US and we're sending packages back home. Some post offices are very rude to us. Not here though. They were so patient, and went above and beyond to help us with packaging, pricing, etc. Highly recommend!

Visited late in the day, kind of a long queue but it went down really quick, staff were super happy and helpful. Postmaster general Abdul made sure my address on my package was correct (spoiler: it wasnt) before sending it off and even managed to get it went the same day. Thanks again!

Royal mail does not deserve them.At the time when people do not see diference between postmens incompetency and postmen protesting (Though the new delivery guy have now after three years learned how to ring the bell) these guys are so good in their job that its hard to believe that they might be employed by royal mail. If these guys start protesting, people will notice.

The perfect post office, hence can be busy at times but always 2-3 counters open and you can listen to or join in the banter.Abdul, Wing and co do a great job and it's always a jolly visit.

As this is my local post office I use it regularly, and I can honestly say they are excellent.Always a smile & a joke? plus they are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of postal services.I for one really appreciate the efforts the team go to, and believe it to be a great asset for Sharrowvale Road.

Very chatty and helpful team, always ready to advise. I?ve been posting internationally from this office for the last 3 years. Abdul and Wing are the best, I?m sorry not to name the others but they?re included in this praise. The reviewers who say the staff are rude are simply incorrect and probably ought to adjust their own attitude!

This is clearly a ?Marmite? post-office. You either love it or don?t like it at all. I am definitely one of the latter. It all comes down to the way the staff behave. I find the attitude of the male staff particularly rude, often condescending and from one member overly familiar. Two visits in a week, both awful. I have decided to go further afield and not visit again. Simple professionalism and boundaried exchanges would make it so much better.

Helpful staff for your postal needs and a small post office shop. The stationery area was nearly stripped bare of supplies, not an envelope in sight (though it is the busy Christmas period). Has a convenience store area. Quite difficult to move round in there with a pram
