On Thursday 1st December I got a text from Papa Johns telling me of a special offer. Now I work from two locations and I was wondering if this offer would be valid in Sheffield. I?d had the flu so I really didn?t want to cook and trust me I can eat pizza for England! The price offered was so good I just couldn?t resist so I went online. I am glad I did.I placed my order for a spicy vegetarian and I was so glad that special offer was valid in Sheffield. I then got a text informing me that the pizza was being prepared. I also got an email as well. The email showed me the progress of the cooking and delivery.They said 45 minutes which I thought was fine.It didn?t take 45 minutes. It took 30 minutes! I was very pleasantly surprised but then I had the pizza.A very pleasant gentleman with an Irish accent delivered it. That high level of service was the icing on the cake.Have a look at the photo. It was divine.The bread base was super crisp. The cheese was cooked to perfection. The sauce was divine. Those tomatoes were very fresh. The number of jalapenos and peppers were just right. I am getting hungry just writing this and I want to order another one!Then I got an email apologizing for taking so long and giving me a discount on my next order. I want to take advantage of it but how can I morally? They delivered it 15 minutes before they said they would.So, the usual questions.Was the order worth the money? Good value at 10 times the price.Would I go there again? Of course.Would I recommend them to someone else? All day every day.Don't take my word for it please try them for yourself.

Last time I ever order from here. When they only sent half my order though that I paid nearly £30 for I was told "be quite and let me speak" by the staff member. I triple checked my online order before submitted it so I don't know where the glitch lays but nearly £30 for one pizza and then to be spoken to like that isn't going to get my repeat custom. It might be the system and not the staff but there was no attempt at trying to sort so 8 feel really ripped off.

These guys seemed like they didn't actually want to sell us a pizza. Walked in and asked how much a pizza cost and was told 'it's on the app'. Ok so then tried to actually order a pizza, using my words, from my mouth, to which came the reply 'use the app, you've got to order on the app' in a rather abrupt manner.Funny this. A high street shop, with people at the counter, but you can't order a pizza in person, you've got to get out your smartphone and download their app before they will acknowledge your order.I like Papa John's pizzas. Tbh they're usually better than Dominoes but I don't think I'll be getting them again.I've got nothing against ordering things online but I don't like being spoken to like that and don't actually understand why a person can't listen to my words in order to understand what I want.Walked out. Went to Dominos.

They outsource drivers from a company called Stuart for their deliveries. I had a chat with a driver as to why the service has become so poor recently and he said his company Stuart used to pay the drivers well but now they?re trying to pay them £3 per delivery across the city. This means they are left with below minimum wage due to their company taking advantage of them.This means each driver keeps rejecting the order until their head office sees this and increases pay due to seeing the same order not being accepted. Whilst all this nonsense is happening in the background our food is getting cold just sitting around in the resteraunt.I can?t fault Papa Johns workers as they have always delivered to good standards. It?s just the delivery service that has become extreme poor due to this company Stuart paying their drivers illegal pay.Papa Johns u either need to scrap Stuart altogether or tell them to pay their workers right. I will avoid Papa John?s for now until this is sorted.

Ordered a pizza and tracker was left on preparing for an hour. Tried to ring 3 times and had no response. Left not knowing if a pizza was coming or not. Taken money from my account but heard nothing in over an hour. Appalling service. Also used up my loyalty points and I doubt I'll get them back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Rude and disrespectful staff, not willing to go out of their way to serve a customer never mind please them. Awful food in the end after a prolonged wait. Do not order from here online or in person there is a reason it?s rated 2.5/5

hi vist last week just shocked how bad manners unprofessional nasty staff worked there and they treated me so bad ,talks they own language made me feel uncomfortable very poor customer service so disappointed not anymore :(

App not working properly. And they have lazy drivers working for them. They ring you up and make you go to the car for your food. What is the point of paying for a service or delivery if they won't even knock on the door. Poor service need better delivery drivers and get rid of the lazy people you call workers

Placed an order at 10:55, proceeded to track order & it updated & at 11:50 rang up to be told they don't have the ingredients to make the food and that the order has been cancelled. Joke of a manager hanging up

Shocked at the customer service experience I had last night. Wrong pizza delivered, waited an hour and a half for a replacement and was then told one wasn?t being sent and hung up on. If you have any issue with your order be prepared for a very hostile and rude response.

Awful customer service. It's absolutely fair enough to make mistakes but to double down, leaving paying customers with the incorrect food whilst being really rude is unacceptable

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Prepared my order quickly and accurately. Was actually one of the best Papa John's pizzas I've ever had
