Very organised, there was a queue outside the shop but didn't have to wait too long it was busy because it is the last day of the promotion buy 2 get a third one free , very helpful and very friendly

Always a pleasure to shop here. Assistants always smiling and extremely helpful. Jewellery beautiful and very well made. Assistants very helfpful as i am a wheelchair user. Couldnt ask for better.

Well I didn't know what to expect I was huge, plenty of shops to visit and alot of coffee places I would recommend a yes visit if ever you are in Sheffield that is where this place is.

Staff member who served me was very rude after she found out I was purchasing a gift card felt that the staff didnâ??t want to sell gift cards she was pushing me to buy a charm but the gift card is for a person who is saving to buy a larger item once she heard this she didnâ??t care to serve me. She handed me the card and my receipt saying weâ??ve no gift boxes sorry then walked off if I had known that the store had no gift boxes and their attitude would be so poor when I came I would have not bothered. I think they judged me because I wasnâ??t wearing normal clothes I had popped in after the gym so was in jogging bottoms and a hoodie no makeup. The young girls there were just rude.

Thank you Pandora for a hassle free trip to exchange a rose gold clip that had a developed a fault and wouldn't close securely. Staff very helpful and exchanged for a new clip and issued a new receipt. First time I've had a problem with anything purchased from Pandora, but today's experience gave me peace of mind that any future problems will be handled in a professional manner.
