“Popped by for a specific item, which didn't fit (I may be getting old and eating too much!) I was attended to by BO and?? ( forgive me I forgot the young lady's name, Emily?)The pair were very informative and I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge.I observed them deal with other customers and pleasantly humbled by their efforts, sadly lacks in many other retail establishments.As a result of their service and efforts spent far too much but all is good.I will be back.I am a Senior Manager and if these were my staff I would ensure I looked after them, don't lose them they are an asset. ?Top job folks.”

“Excellent experience. Was returning some online purchases and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The man who then helped me in the coats section was really helpful and patient with me and a real credit to Blacks. I think his name was Russ or Ross. Working at lunchtime on the 16th.”

“Visited the store yesterday, we were straight away greeted by Aaron who was very welcoming and kind to all customers. We spent a good 30 mins trying coats on which he went out of his way to check the back for more sizes more times than we can count. He took care of us and kept checking on us whilst tidying the shop floor, assisting other customers and keeping standards up to check. We decided to have a think on our items that we favoured and had some food and we came back as we were about to leave which we were welcomed yet again by Aaron who asked us how our food was and what we had bearing in mind this was 3 hours later since we had left the store, it was nice to be remembered and we felt valued as we weren’t yet paying customers! Yet again he went above and beyond to get us the sizes we wanted for I think was the next 40 mins, he must’ve gone in the back 40 times, no exaggeration!! he recommended sizes and clothes that he thought would fit/suit us, he gave us his honest opinions. I don’t usually write reviews but this was well deserved and he needs a lot of recognition!! He should definitely be considered to be training staff as everything he did was spot on and just what we needed and more. Thank you again Aaron, we will definitely come back again!”
