Excellent service and staff that weren't too pushy. Gave excellent service and ensured my daughter was happy and satisfied she was armed with all the knowledge she needed to set up her new phone. £30 cheaper than Car phone Warehouse and without the need for their Hard Sell Tactics.

Can't thank the staff here enough. We r in for a charger and a software problem on a sony phone. Both the staff I met today went above and beyond to help me solve the problem as it has been quite distressing not being able to use my phone. I would highly recommend this shop absolutely brilliant nearly cried with relief when I'd left. Especially when it's taken months to try solve this problem myself thinking I was just being silly or not seeing something I would never have guessed when they eventually did find the problem.

Decent, clean shop with helpful staff in a good laction - limited to what deals/help they can offer you by O2 so you cant hold that against them.

After discussing the one plus 5 on pay and go for 25 minutes with the staff, I was then ready to purchase only to be told they weren't in stock, have never been, and they don't know when they are (on pay and go). When I queried why this want mentioned on the display that clearly stated the P&G price, I was told, "never assume we have things in stock". Baffled.
