Shocking can't get through ever . Went for prescription at 9am computer not working come back later went back at 4 pm computer still down . Asked when it's goin to be fix we don't no . Brilliant cheers

Shocking! Phone lines don?t work properly toke me 1hr30 to get through about a prescription that they accepted but couldn?t fulfil so just left it sat on the shelf.

The staff here are quite rude to be honest?.especially the elderly lady she comes across very racistThey always mix prescriptions up, they?ll tell you to go next door to collect your prescription and the surgery staff will send you back to the pharmacy and all of a sudden your prescription is at the pharmacy ?They always close early due to them being short staffed apparently

Completely useless recently. After long waits to even get in the place they will eventually give weak excuses and probably lies as to why they haven?t got your prescription ready. Understaffed and now closing even earlier at 1630. Closed at weekends too. I?ve finished with them now after waiting 40 minutes to be told that they didn?t know why my prescription wasn?t ready again. One star given because I couldn?t post with less.

Usually I would have no complaints however this week Lloyds failed on 3 out their 5 customer service charter. Unable to collect my meds in person I was brushed off and told I would need to ask a family member or neighbour as I did not meet the criteria for delivery. As a live-in carer for my 77 year old mother who falls into the vulnerable category I fail to see the point of her self isolating if I'm expected to leave the house because Lloyds are unwilling to help. I'm fully aware of how busy they are but in trying to maintain the safety of my elderly mother, they have jeopardised my own health.

Was given a date to collect my regular prescription but when I arrived I was told it hadn't been ordered because they hadn't "ticked the box" to place my order. I then had to order my prescription myself and pick it up then get it cashed. Not a very efficient service as this is the second time this has happened. Very disappointing
