The customer service in this place is very poor. The one woman who was serving just ignores men who wait to be served. I had to speak to her just so she would acknowledge my presence. If l was a recipient of a prescription at this business l would go elsewhere.

Absolutely on top form, well done ladies for turning it around, everyone is so efficient and the atmosphere is very welcoming, they are a fantastic bunch of staff, even getting texts to let me know my medication is ready

I cannot recommend this pharmacy at all.Staffing issues endemic to Lloyds pharmacies only compound the localised issues experienced. Prescriptions are not completed even when ordered well within timescales for repeats, and require multiple visits to chase up.Contact by phone to check is impossible, and kind of feedback is met with hostility.

Very poor service here, wish there was a no star option. I have just made 14 attempts to get through on the telephone (my handset logs each call) and when it finally connected, twice it just rang for 3 minutes until a recorded voice said "Sorry, there is no reply" so now I will have to drive up there and will no doubt be told to come back later.This is unacceptable, people don't want medication but they NEED it and they need a chemist that actually cares about serving customers, LLoyds make all sorts of claims about service but do not deliver, it's appalling.

It's very difficult to get through on the telephone. Taken several attempts today, and they have answered twice and just put the phone down on me.Stressful, just to get my medication.

Terrible service and worse attitude, prescription been messed up at lloyds direct and not been able to get them properly since currently waiting over a week for my meds and still no sign. Do they even know how to use a computer - no evidence of that as yet. Not even worth the one star ihad to give just to write a review.

prescriptions never made up until you phone up, switched to lloyds direct to pick up from pharmacy only to be told lloyds direct just send the prescription they receive to the pharmacy to be made up, also lloyds direct informed me that i needed a review and to contact my GP, my GP said i didn't need a review .Could do with another pharmacy around here for competition

Terrible service, prescriptions never ready. Cannot telephone for advise as the pharmacist stated he takes the phone of the hook. This chemist used to be excellent with amazing helpful staff (where have the two ladies gone) what on earth has gone wrong, dread picking up a prescription.
