Got this served to me today and looks like someone has been playing football with it. I wejt back to the till saying i would like a new wrap they said tgey ran out. When i look there more new wraps were right there. Absolute disgrace.

My friend ordered through the app and accidentally clicked to collect rather than drive through. Instead of being nice about it and handing it her through the drive through they made her drive all the way round and park up. When she went in it was just sat on the side?? You could have passed it her? They were very rude about it saying that it was her fault and not their problem. They actually made her cry with their rudeness. Is there any need? So much for customer service. Do not go here. Note to staff in a world where you can be anything be kind.

Tonight?s experience (13/09/23 approx 9pm) was one to forget! In the space of 10 minutes I witnessed a female member of staff usher a family off a table whilst they were eating just because she wanted to clean the area. That same member of staff responded very rudely to another customer who wanted to use the toilet and then proceeded to argue with him. QFM group - your recruitment standards are shockingly poor.

hi to all this is a disappointing experience on my visit to kfc today at 12:20pm 236 queens road sheffield s2 4dl as I am a Builder and I travel around the uk so it?s important I have a reasonable size food for my lunch or breakfast and when I have purchased my food I have open to have I order then come realise it was incorrect as the portion was very small and pieces of chicken asked one of the team members who serve customers at kfc told me I can?t have my food exchange as he refuse to give me the service as kfc say there will do to make customers happy that only that I have asked to speak speak to the manager and he him self say it?s nothing we can do then I have asked for area manager to be told she are not around and cannot help me why I am writing this is to tell the world and people it?s on fair to spend all his money on food and u are not happy with the service that u been provided with I will recommend the public to not stand for this and the disresp that been given I will go as fare to show u what I have been sold for £12 pounds.

Terrible Quality of Food. Ordered a Teriyaki and the Salad was fresh out the Freezer. The Entire Burger Bun was cold and disintegrated on first bite. Staff thought that was how a standard burger is. Nothing like the KFC ive had in Saudi Arabia or other Halal places.Terrible Quality.

Unfortunately today I ordered to collect by a drive through. Came, collected but didn't check straight away (my fault). Missing one item from order. Didn't bother to come back to. This was their first time to miss anything in order. Hope they will pay more attention to packing. Besides everything was always perfect.

Must write this negative review due to receiving a £60 parking fine despite being in the restaurant for the whole period of time (family of 4 with 3 under 5 years of age) apparently 7 minutes over the permitted time. Stopped for a change of the EV. Service was poor. Atmosphere was nonexistent. At least the charger worked. I wouldn't go back unless I was desperate for a charge, and even then I would think twice.

KFC is KFC. This would be a five star, but on the occasion when I have ordered from here, some sauces have been missing which really puts a downer on the meal.

I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for over 10mins, no one came to take my order I drove to window told the guy I was waiting and I went back to the speaker. Someone was now infront of me and I heard them place there order and drive away. I waited another 10mins no one came. When I drove back to window it was closed and all the staff said they were closed.
