Climbed with JG to Elbrus(2018) and Aconcagua(2024), the experience and organisation has been excellent. Cannot recommend them enough!

Rush Peak and Hunza Valley 2023:This was an excellent and very enjoyable trek through some amazing mountains in a beautiful and very friendly country. Jagged Globe logistics worked without a hitch and great accommodation was provided in-country before and after the trek. The food provided at camp was superb as was the support received from all the guides and porters. The route was interesting and took us through some stunning scenery and to some amazing camp sites. The camp kit was good and a mess tent and loo tent were available at all sites.I would unreservedly recommend this trip to anyone who is a competent and confident walker and enjoys the great outdoors. However it should be made clear that some of the paths are challenging in terms of gradient, surface and the amount of exposure, and the glacier crossings can be interesting!

This is a small company so you get personal attention from them. I used them for a trekking holiday in Norway and I was impressed by their organisation and their regular communications. They do a range of trips so I am sure you will find whatever it is you are looking for in the great outdoors with them.

Excellent agency for organizing climbing expeditions. I used them twice - in Nepal and Peru and was very impressed both times.

Excellent company with well organised tours. Did the Haute Route in April 2023 and was impressed with all staff I interacted with. Our guide Andy was particularly great. Wouldn't hesitate to book again with Jagged Globe for ski touring.

Bookdd the Snow and Ice Climbing course in Scotland in March 2023, I'm just gonna give my view on what I can rate:Booking: super easy, the guys working there helped us a lot regarding the rental equipment they offer and what would be the easiest way to pay, additional nights, what snacks will be offered during the climb etcInstructors: we went with Clive Hebblethwaite - superb instructor. Taking it a little bit easier the first to days to get back into climbing and seeing what we knew and how good we were (Sprint Gully on Aonach Mor and South Gully on the Ben). We then went to Comb Gully on the Ben and the Crypt Route on Bidean nam Bian. Especially the latter one was a superb joice. Hard enough so we could to do it whole being a real challenge but not too difficult so it would have been a problem. Clyve took really nice pictures of us if the situation allowed it and made sure, we would get most out of the week, even if it meant spending 10+ hours on the Ben.I can rate the other guides just from hearsay but the other clients we're all positive about their guides as well (Max and Nick).Equipment: I rented everything apart from the helmet, my harness and boots. It was all top notch. I would recommend you bring your own boots though, as other clients had problems with finding a rental boot that really fit them.Hotel: the Ballachulish hotel is really nice, with a lot of choices for breakfast. They'll provide every climber with 2 sandwiches and a flap jack for lunch. I asked for flapjacks only as I don't like sandwiches, worked out fine. The dinner is good and the rooms are fine as well. The sauna is about 5 minutes by car away though, so be aware of that.Overall a definitive recommendation to go with jagged Globe. We had guys on our trip that have done the course the 7th time - guess this is a clear sign how good it is.

Just back from Ecuador. We booked to climb Cotopaxi but unfortunately we couldn't attempt it due to eruptive activity, so our schedule changed to have a crack at Cayambe instead. Overall, we had a brilliant experience. The accommodation and food over there was really top notch. Our Guide Jóse was also superb. He was very knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and went the extra mile to ensure we were always safe and comfortable. He was also very patient with us when we were struggling with the cold and altitude on Cayambe. All the logistics were managed perfectly throughout the trip. Thanks Jagged Globe and as we didn?t get a chance to climb Cotopaxi, at least we've got an excuse to book this trip again!!

Just returned from Everest Base Camp trip and it was incredible. The guides and porters - Bi Bi Rai, BJ, Paban, Nima & Dipak - were exceptional and made our holiday. They made us laugh until we cried and were with us every step of the way. Nepal is a stunning country and this trip was breath taking. It is hard? No except for AMS which is non discriminatory. If you are fit and used to hiking this trip is a must. The accommodation was great and as described except for Gorak Shep where the facilities are limited and toilets are the most disgusting we have ever seen. Think cow shed with ice! The accommodation at Lukla also needs revisiting too as the current tea house is very outdated and there is black mould on the roof of the rooms. My partner is a coeliac and lost 1 stone 2 lbs on the trip. There is no understanding or consideration for GF options in Nepal (understandably). This ideally should have been shared up-front by JG and allowance made for him too bring his own food, snacks and cereals etc. I also don't think it needs to take a week to come down from Gorak and we could have walked for longer on the days coming back. Despite that we would definitely travel with JG again and this trip makes me realise I have 6000m+ in me and maybe some mountaineering too!!!

Went on a trek to Everest Base Camp with Jagged Globe and the whole process was smooth end-to-end. When booking a trip in a remote location the other side of the world you want to know that you are in safe hands and I felt that I was in safe hands on every step of the way. Local guides in Nepal continued carrying out the high standard of service that we received in the UK. Thank you Jagged Globe.

Had my trip to Mera Peak delayed over covid for about 3 years and the team at JG were extremely supportive over this time. Finally got to go in Oct 22 and they lived up to expectations - a very well chosen itinerary with flexibility which was sometimes needed and was always handled comfortably. I picked up many useful tips from our leader, Jamie who was always on the ball and gave us all the information we needed when we needed it. Their focus is to make sure you're safe, make sure you succeed, and make sure you have fun and make friends - none of this racing to the top nonsense! The company itself is a hotbed of connections and characters with all kinds of experiences. Remain humble and you can transform your approach and appreciation of adventure with a single conversation here!

We?ve just come back from the Makalu base camp trek which was a remote and wild adventure. We think we only met about 30 people from abroad on the whole 16 days we were away from Kathmandu. It was a wonderful escape from technology and the bustle of modern day life. The views were amazing. Jagged Globe?s team led by Mingma Sherpa were excellent at making sure we were safe along the journey of washed out bridges and landslips and comfortable in all the tea houses. They also made sure we had the right amount of rest days so that we didn?t get altitude sickness (many companies rush you up the altitude gradient without checking the charts properly) so all of us got there and back safely. We?re planning our next trip soon.

3 of us have just finished a successful trek up Kilimanjaro with Jagged Globe. From start to finish all the team at Jagged Globe have been excellent. Quick to respond, great induction weekend, fantastic knowledge and very helpful. Our UK guide in Tanzania itself, Tim, was brilliant. The local team they used to support the trek, were fantastic.Would recommend Jagged Globe and we will be looking at other treks they do

Jagged Globe organized a private trek for me and four friends of the Tour du Mont Blanc. Everything was planned and managed exceptionally well. Our three guides, Victoria, Alex, Caroline and our on-ground logistics coordinator Rachel were outstanding. They came up with "Plan B-C, D" etc as needed to accommodate our individual needs along the journey--all with a smile and good sense of humor. We were pleased that they offered local cultural information and made suggestions regarding the best place for gelato, where to get last minute supplies, and advice for packing our rucksacks. Natalie and the JG office staff coordinated our ever-changing (Covid!) booking and travel arrangements flawlessly. Jagged Globe is just the best--no other company can compare!

Back in Chamonix and recovering from summit of Mont Blanc.Thank you for all the great admin and organisation before our trip. Great to meet Rachel and Catalin last week. Catalin was a superb guide, very helpful, knowledgeable trained us well and corrected me when I needed it. He was extremely safe and looked after us and without his guidance and decisions we would not have reached the summit of Mont Blanc 4810M.The views and the memories will stay on my mind for ever.I would have no hesitation in recommending him or Jagged Globe to anyone.Thank you.

A truly memorable Haute Route adventure from Chamonix to Zermatt, despite the unusually hot conditions. The guides were 1st class, highly experienced and clearly very competent, and managed a number of difficult and potentially dangerous situations in a calm and calculated manner. The incidents that occurred did however highlight the difficulty of managing operations in the mountains without the aid of satellite phones or radio communications, and begs the question why radios or sat. phones are not made available to the guides as a standard.Despite the hazards introduced by the high temperatures the guides managed to adapt the 8 day itinerary and varied the routes without in any way diminishing the quality of the overall expedition. My only disappointment was related to the Mont Blanc extension which I'd booked to follow-on directly from the Haute Route expedition; despite Jagged Globe's guides clearly stating that the Mont Blanc extension would be cancelled due to the mountain being out of condition (for the route applicable to the hut selection / booking), Jagged Globe later refused to acknowledge the cancellation, instead stating that we were obliged to pursue an alternative trip to Grand Paradiso in the event that Mont Blanc was unclimbable, although this was not explained at the time. To make the Gran Paradiso 'option' mandatory is clearly incorrect, particularly when such a position is taken after the fact, and clearly contradicts what had been agreed with the company's guides at the time of the Haute Route course. I trust that in due course a full refund will be made, in which case I would have no hesitation in promoting Jagged Globe's guided tours.
