The headsets that the staff have got are a big mistake because they are all just having a joke with each other and when you speak to them they don't listen to you because there in mid conversation with each other it's very ignorant to the customer and when your at the till the cashier is just talking on the headset when you ask them a question they don't listen to you because of the headset. It makes you feel uncomfortable when shopping there.
