Crystal Peaks branch closes at 3.30pm? What is that all about? I understand we're living in unprecedented times but I just can't think why closing at 3.30pm helps anything. It certainly doesn't help the average working person who is usually at work at that time, or school children who wish to open an account.

the good online banking service is let down by not enough staff on the counters and computers repeadly breaking. what should take a few minutes can take much, much longer. am considering switching because of these recurrent problems
