Brought my car in once for quite a big repair. Gave my licence plate number. The same number that came with the car new. So no chance I had got it wrong. I can remember it to this day.After several attempts at giving the details to their supplier he told me the number plate doesn?t have exist. Why? Because he kept saying ?G for Juliet? to the person on the other side of the phone. I?m not kidding. If his attitude had been better I might have forgiven him but I decided my car is best repaired somewhere else.This is some years back but there?s no cure for stupid so might still be an issue.

I always use this garage for MOTs and any other concerns or repairs needed. The guys are welcoming, explain everything clearly and keep me informed throughout. They do their best to do what needs to be done for the best price, and at a very high standard.

At my last service 31/23 they failed to replace my hub caps with ties, As you know it is easier to fit ties on on the ramp than is was on my drive. Plus no text to pick up. But the last 6 years great.

I went there for my MOT on Sunday ,the manager haven't passed my car for nail in tyre and said that my back tyre has a cut. I took my to another mot centre. My car pass without an issue. Normal take my car to halfford in Attercliffe Road (Saville)the manager there is helpfull and he will explain to you what's wrong with your vehicle . I will never go this centre.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They doesn?t seem to know the job. I?ve been told car will be ready in 30 minutes and after 1:30 they still didn?t finish the job. I?ll never come back again. I?ll rather drive 30 minutes extra and go to a different garage.

Incredibly bad service, said that my battery wouldn't make it through the day and my rear tyres needed replacing. I took my car for a 2nd opinion to another garage as they were quoting over £220 for this. My tyres had at least 6 month wear still on them, and when tested my battery was fine. I have been using the same battery and tyres for 5 months now as I went there July. Will not be returning.

Warning never use this store at all they issue car park fines in this retail park and even when your cars booked in to halford s or your just returning incorrect supplied parts!!! They offer to send e mails yo the parking fine company TO HELP but at the end off the day IM HAVING TO PAY 60£ OR 100£ IF I CONTEST THIS CHARGE REPEAT DONT USE THISbeen in 2nd October adam has 4 other similar fines. Car park company ignoring e mails to help from staff STORE . . IM TOTALLY DISGUSTING WHATS EVEN WORSE WHEN YOU TRY TO COMMUNICATE BY PHONE AT THIS BRANCH TO DISCUSS ANYTHING THD CALL CENTRE AND IN STORE STAFF NO THERES A ON GOING FAULT ALEDGERLLY BTs . Won't be using this store again which a shame . Apparently told that the majority off there parts come from euro parts where I had to go anyway ! Also the halfords computer does not show all euro parts variation s for at least brake products pads in my case . As told to me by the halfords checkout staff .

Disappointing service ordered a snooper online phoned this morning to see if it was in store and as it transpires I was speaking to the manager so I spoke to this manager Danny so he asked what I phoned for so I explained I?d ordered online so his answer was you have come through to the auto Center I explained I don?t know were I had come through to cause online the actual phone number is missing so I explained I don?t know which department I?d come through to he then changed his tone of voice was arrogant and talked down to me his behaviour was uncalled for just the tone in his voice was demeaning and because of this experience I will cancel my order I?m sure the area manager will see this review and hopefully try and contact me there is just no need for this type of behaviour from any one never mind a store manager

They were massively busy at the 0830 drop off time with a busy day ahead but were still accommodating and friendly. Explained they might have to keep the car longer than usual but managed to contact us before the end of the day to collect it with all tasks completed. Always trustworthy, reasonable and honest which you can't always count on at a garage.

I'm not someone who would usually write a review, but the customer service I recieved on a recent visit was extremely poor.I arrived to pick up my car at 5.15pm as agreed and whilst I paid for the new tyre at the customer desk the employee went to retrieve my car key. After my transaction had gone through and been paid, it became apparent my key was nowhere to be seen, which appeared to be quite funny for the staff in the shop who I could see through the windows.Eventually it turned out an employee had taken my key home with him. This is clearly an honest mistake, but still very frustrating as it meant I missed an appointment.Of course if I hadn't already paid, I'd be well entitled to some sort of discount due to the poor service, delay and missed appointment, but nothing could be done on the day apparently.The gentleman who served me in store was very apologetic and embarrassed and said an area manager would be in touch to support on this issue.Fast forward 10 days later, I'd heard nothing so chased up this morning, again I was promised a phone call from the area manager.Eventually, the phone call came with a fairly rudimentary apology and said that nothing further could be done which is extremely disappointing. I explained the issue in depth again and received another, hardly heartfelt apology. Very frustrating as if I hadn't paid when they went to retrieve the key, I'm sure the story would be very different!Service: Tires

Can?t fault these guys. Had my RR EVOQUE in as was constantly displaying the ?deisel exhaust fluid dosing malfunction? message. They replaced the NOX SENSOR and then the day after the message came back, Danny and the guys took the car in for no additional fees and sorted the issue. I cannot fault the service of Danny and the team and the excellent service and work they?ve done for me in the quickest turnaround. Next time I need anything, I know where I?ll be going!
