Fabulous experience in Footasylum Meadowhall. Called in for some trainers for my daughter. Recieved great service from a young gentleman Minashi (not sure if that's the correct spelling).Very polite and knowledgeable, super service. A definite asset to the shop and company overall !!

I guess it okay. Layout is well put together but so much is wrong. Ques are ridiculously long and sometimes it's just one worker on the tills when all the other staff are just wondering about. Very cramped spacing. Music is way too loud you can hardly even hear the workers or what anyone else is saying.

Late opening the shop, always have loads of staff on but no one is doing anything useful like serving you on the tills. Two on tills today very slow and about 20 staff mooching around the shop. Not helpful.

We were served by Leah in the Meadowhall branch on a busy afternoon on Saturday 30th July and received outstanding customer service.We went in wanting a particular brand and style of Nike trainers only to be told that it wasn?t available in the size we wanted. She didn?t leave it there though like we had in other shops. Leah kindly spent time with us showing us different options. She check several others in the size we wanted and after a while she showed us a pair that in the end liked more than our original choice. We left extremely happy all from the service give by Leah. We can?t praise her enough and she?s a real asset to your company ???

A morning at Meadowhall got a bit too much for Seth. The noise, the people! We had found the ?Quiet Room? and was helped by the kindest lady ever! She was so helpful. Nice to know that in somewhere that gets so busy there?s a quiet little place for Seth to unwind and enjoy himself too. This room was perfect and had plenty to keep him occupied. Well done Meadowhall for supporting the needs of Autistic children as well as any other child ??
