The service I received from the Sales team was absolutely first class in every aspect. I was offered a very competitive trade-in value from Evans Halshaw for my Megane and ordering the new Clio was completed without any fuss or delays. I recently part exchanged my car for a new Renault Clio Esprit alpine e-tech full hybrid 145 (my24) at Evans Halshaw, Penistone Road, Sheffield.From my first contact with manager Andrew, test drive with Lewis through to finalising the deal with Akif and Lewis my experience was a positive one. Any potential hiccups in the process were quickly and professionally resolved and I found all staff members to be focused on customer satisfaction which in my case they achieved.When buying a car I have always believed that the dealership is as important as the car as you need confidence in the dealer being able to sort out any post sale problems and I have no reservations in giving this dealership a five star rating. I have been well looked after so far by Andrew, Lewis and Akif and see no reason why this should change. A professional yet friendly approach by all the staff.
