Waled in with a product code scribbled on a piece of paper. Guy behind the counter was able to read some of my scrawl, and correctly identified that I wanted a pollen filter. Impressive!Five minutes later I had my part and was walking out.Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Good stuff

Bought some brake pads after 1 month of light use they started to cause score marks on my new discs, i had to purchase a new set of pads to have fitted before returning the old pads for a refund at my expense. No reimbursements for the damage to my new £1000 front discs. I was fobed off with the excuse it could be down... read full comment
